This is my website: Reece Douglas, designing and building websites, apps and AI assistants, from Manchester, UK. Here's what it collects, plainly.

When you get in touch

If you send me a message, I receive your name, your email, the business you mention and anything you choose to write or build on the site. It's emailed to me so I can reply, and I keep it only as long as we're talking or working together. It's never sold or shared for marketing.

When you build something on the site

If you describe your business or idea in the "Yours." section, that sentence is sent to an AI service to create the website, assistant and app you see, and the assistant's greeting is turned into speech by a voice service. Nothing you type there is kept by me unless you choose to send it. Please don't include anything private or sensitive.

Talking to Zeena

If you start a live voice call with Zeena, your microphone is used only during that call, and the conversation is handled by a voice AI service to answer you.

Visits

I count visits to understand what's working: which device, roughly how far through the site people get, and how many enquiries come in. There are no cookies, no tracking across other sites, and nothing that identifies you. Your browser also remembers where you got to (in its own storage, on your device) so you can pick up where you left off.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you've sent me, at any time: email reece@freshplate.health, or use the contact page. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
