For franchises

For franchises: one brand, every location answering like your best one.

A franchise is only as strong as its weakest location’s website, phone and follow-up. I build the website, the app and the assistant that give every franchisee the same standard, with head office able to see what’s happening across the network.

What I’d build for your franchise network

A website with a page for every location

One brand site, with a properly built page for each franchisee, so each location can be found in its own area and head office keeps control of the brand.

One place for every enquiry

Every enquiry from every location in one system, routed to the right franchisee and followed up automatically, with head office able to see the whole picture.

An assistant that answers for every location

An AI assistant that answers calls and messages for each location, day or night, books people in and passes anything tricky to the right person.

See it working

Zeena

An assistant I built that answers out loud, runs its own admin and files every conversation in one record.

Maria Liberati

Four separate websites brought into one, with a redirect for every old address, the same job as bringing a network’s sites together.

Or see the AI receptionist, hear it answer as your franchise network, or step inside the full experience.

Questions

Can each franchisee have their own page and still keep the brand consistent?

Yes. Each location gets its own page with its own details, built from one template that head office controls, so the brand stays consistent and each page can be found in its own area.

Can we start with a few locations?

Yes, and it’s usually the right way. We build it, prove it in a handful of sites, then roll it out to the rest once it works.

Will an AI assistant pretend to be a person?

No. It says it’s an AI assistant, it sticks to what your business has told it, and anything it can’t answer properly goes to a person at the right location.

How much does it cost?

I agree a price after we’ve talked, once I know the scope: how many locations, which systems it has to work with, and what you want built first. I don’t publish a price list, because no two networks need the same thing. Talking it through costs nothing.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The design, the code and the data belong to the business, so it can move with you, and nobody can switch it off or raise the rent on it.

Who will we be dealing with?

Me. I design and build every layer myself, from the screens to the database, so the person in your meetings is the person building it. No account managers and no hand-offs.

Tell me about your franchise network

A sentence is plenty. It comes straight to me, and I’ll reply myself.

Or email reece@freshplate.health. What you send is emailed to me so I can reply, and nothing else. Privacy
