- 2,057 visitors in the 30 days to 4 October 2026
- 50+ TestFlight builds
- Works with Apple Health
- Guides cited to NHS and NICE
FreshPlate reads what someone actually takes, their medicines, conditions and allergies, and writes recipes that work with it, checking every plate before they see it. Meals are logged by photo, barcode or search, and steps, activity and sleep come in from Apple Health.
The website carries a free food and medication checker and a journal of guides, every one cited to NHS, NICE or peer-reviewed sources. In the 30 days to 4 October 2026, 2,057 people visited it, most of them from search engines.
It’s my own business, and it’s the whole job: product, design, the iPhone app, the database, payments, monitoring, the website and the writing on it. The idea started in July 2025; the first line was written on 28 August 2025. It’s about to launch on the App Store, after more than fifty TestFlight builds.
What I did: Everything: product, design, code, content, release.
