For multi-site businesses

For multi-site businesses: every site found, every enquiry answered.

With several sites, the problems multiply: separate websites, separate phone lines, enquiries scattered across inboxes. I build one website that does every location justice, one place where every enquiry lands, and an assistant that answers for all of them.

What I’d build for your business

One website, every location

A fast website with a proper page for each location, so each one can be found by people searching nearby.

Every enquiry in one place

Calls, forms and messages from every site in one record, followed up automatically, with a clear view of what each location is bringing in.

An assistant for every site

It answers for whichever location is called, books people in and passes anything it can’t handle to that site’s team.

See it working

Maria Liberati

Four websites brought into one home, with every old address redirected so nothing found on Google was lost.

Zeena

An assistant that answers out loud and files every conversation in one record.

Questions

If we bring our websites together, will we lose our Google rankings?

Not if it’s done properly. When I brought Maria Liberati’s four sites into one, every old address got its own redirect to the matching new page, so nothing anyone found on Google lands on an error.

Can we start with a few locations?

Yes, and it’s usually the right way. We build it, prove it in a handful of sites, then roll it out to the rest once it works.

Will an AI assistant pretend to be a person?

No. It says it’s an AI assistant, it sticks to what your business has told it, and anything it can’t answer properly goes to a person at the right location.

How much does it cost?

I agree a price after we’ve talked, once I know the scope: how many locations, which systems it has to work with, and what you want built first. I don’t publish a price list, because no two networks need the same thing. Talking it through costs nothing.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The design, the code and the data belong to the business, so it can move with you, and nobody can switch it off or raise the rent on it.

Who will we be dealing with?

Me. I design and build every layer myself, from the screens to the database, so the person in your meetings is the person building it. No account managers and no hand-offs.

Tell me about your business

A sentence is plenty. It comes straight to me, and I’ll reply myself.

Or email reece@freshplate.health. What you send is emailed to me so I can reply, and nothing else. Privacy
