Zeena is an AI assistant I designed and built, every layer: the voice people talk to, the web page it lives on, the workflow engine that does the admin after each conversation, the database that remembers every person, and the server it all runs on.
Her workflow engine has 43 automatic steps; one run fires 39 of them, with no person involved. I gave it its own server, so nothing it does depends on someone else’s platform.
On my site she plays a clinic’s receptionist after closing time, with a made-up clinic and a made-up patient, so you can see what she would do for a business like yours. You can talk to her yourself there.
What I did: Everything: design, voice, web page, workflow engine, database, server.
