For service franchises

For service franchises: the right enquiry to the right territory, every time.

In a service franchise, every enquiry belongs to a territory, and a missed call is a missed client. I build the website, the routing and the assistant that make sure each enquiry reaches the right franchisee, answered and followed up.

What I’d build for your franchise

A page for every territory

Each franchisee with a proper local page, so they can be found in their own area.

Enquiries routed automatically

Every enquiry sent straight to the right franchisee by postcode, followed up automatically, with head office able to see response times.

An assistant that answers

It answers calls and messages when franchisees can’t, takes the details and sends them on.

K925 Pet Services

A site I built for a one-person service business, with a booking form that goes straight to her inbox: the same job as each franchisee needs, at network scale.

Questions

Can we start with a few locations?

Yes, and it’s usually the right way. We build it, prove it in a handful of sites, then roll it out to the rest once it works.

Will an AI assistant pretend to be a person?

No. It says it’s an AI assistant, it sticks to what your business has told it, and anything it can’t answer properly goes to a person at the right location.

How much does it cost?

I agree a price after we’ve talked, once I know the scope: how many locations, which systems it has to work with, and what you want built first. I don’t publish a price list, because no two networks need the same thing. Talking it through costs nothing.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The design, the code and the data belong to the business, so it can move with you, and nobody can switch it off or raise the rent on it.

Who will we be dealing with?

Me. I design and build every layer myself, from the screens to the database, so the person in your meetings is the person building it. No account managers and no hand-offs.

Tell me about your franchise

A sentence is plenty. It comes straight to me, and I’ll reply myself.

Or email reece@freshplate.health. What you send is emailed to me so I can reply, and nothing else. Privacy
