For private healthcare groups

For private healthcare groups: no patient lost to a ringing phone.

Across a group of clinics, after-hours calls and scattered enquiries add up. I build the website, the patient booking and the assistant that answers for every site, so a patient who rings at seven becomes a booking, not a voicemail.

What I’d build for your group

An assistant that answers for every site

It answers questions about each clinic, takes the patient’s details and books them in, day or night. It never gives medical advice: clinical questions go to the right team.

A group website with a page for every clinic

Treatments, teams and booking for each location, written for patients, with the group’s brand kept consistent.

Paper-free registration

Step-by-step registration and forms that work on a phone, built carefully around what they collect.

See it working

Chester Road Dental Care

A real dental practice site I built: every dentist with their GDC number, the full fee schedule, and a registration form that replaces the paper one.

Zeena

The assistant that answers when the clinic can’t, and keeps a record of every enquiry.

FreshPlate

A health app I built from the phone to the database, with guides cited to NHS and NICE.

Questions

Is an AI receptionist safe for a healthcare group?

It can be, with the right rules: it says it’s an AI, it never gives medical advice, clinical questions go to a person, and urgent wording is signed off by your clinical lead. Check your obligations with your regulator and data protection adviser before anything goes live.

Can we start with a few locations?

Yes, and it’s usually the right way. We build it, prove it in a handful of sites, then roll it out to the rest once it works.

How much does it cost?

I agree a price after we’ve talked, once I know the scope: how many locations, which systems it has to work with, and what you want built first. I don’t publish a price list, because no two networks need the same thing. Talking it through costs nothing.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The design, the code and the data belong to the business, so it can move with you, and nobody can switch it off or raise the rent on it.

Who will we be dealing with?

Me. I design and build every layer myself, from the screens to the database, so the person in your meetings is the person building it. No account managers and no hand-offs.

Tell me about your group

A sentence is plenty. It comes straight to me, and I’ll reply myself.

Or email reece@freshplate.health. What you send is emailed to me so I can reply, and nothing else. Privacy
